This client was a mid-sized construction business operating across multiple active sites — running on a mix of WhatsApp messages, spreadsheets and phone calls to coordinate jobs and keep clients updated. H&S documentation was inconsistent across sites, and quoting follow-ups were falling through the gaps because no one had a reliable system to track them.
Automating with tools they already owned
NNVT conducted a rapid operational review to identify where time and money were being lost. Using tools already included in their existing Microsoft 365 licence — Power Automate, Microsoft Forms and SharePoint — we built a suite of automated workflows that replaced the manual back-and-forth:
- Job updates were automated
- H&S checklists were digitalised and linked to specific sites, with completion tracked in real time
- A quoting follow-up workflow was configured to trigger automatically, removing manual tracking
